Accents et cetera's Alcohol Shipping Policy is based on state legislation:
- Accents et cetera has a “beer and wine gift delivery license” so we are able to deliver and ship wine and beer within Washington State as part of a gift. The Supreme Court and subsequent state decisions have changed the laws and we are no longer able to ship wine and beer out of Washington State. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Since the changes affect all shippers of wine, we recommend that you contact a company within the state that you want the wine to be delivered.
- Sales must be made only to persons over the age of 21 and the shipping container must be clearly marked to indicate that it cannot be delivered to a minor or to an intoxicated person.
- Wine shipped under these provisions is for personal consumption only and is not for resale.
- A case can contain no more than 9 liters of wine.
